1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”) handles information in connection with Moon Shot Camera 8k (the “Application”), its advertisements, and communications about the Application.

The Application displays advertisements to support its operation and maintenance. This policy distinguishes information processed locally from information sent to us or processed by advertising services.

This policy applies to mobile versions distributed by us that match the described configuration. It does not establish availability on a particular app store. Permissions and controls may differ between platform versions.

Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd., located in Nepal, is responsible for personal information we receive and determine how to use, including support correspondence and privacy requests. Contact details appear in Section 14.

2. Information We Access or Receive

Camera access and photographs

The Application accesses your camera when you authorize access and use a camera feature. Under the camera configuration described here, preview data and photographs are processed on your device for the capture, display, and saving functions you request.

We do not automatically transmit your camera feed or photographs to company servers under this configuration.

Where photo-selection or editing is provided, the Application accesses images you select or the photo-library access you authorize. Access is used for the requested function rather than collecting your entire library for unrelated purposes.

Saved images remain in the app-storage or photo-library destination used by the feature. Under this configuration, camera previews and photographs are not provided to advertising services for advertising purposes.

Image metadata and local settings

Images may contain capture time, dimensions, orientation, and camera settings. Imported images may already contain additional metadata, including location. Editing or sharing an image does not necessarily remove its metadata.

The Application stores camera preferences and necessary settings locally. It may read camera capabilities, device orientation, and operating-system information to operate compatible features. These local settings are not automatically sent to us as usage analytics under the described configuration.

Advertising-related information

Advertising technology integrated into the Application may automatically collect or receive the following categories, depending on the provider, platform, SDK configuration, device settings, and applicable consent:

• Identifiers: advertising identifiers or other app or device identifiers supported by the provider and permitted on the platform.
• Device and application information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and relevant technical settings.
• Network information: IP address and connection information. An IP address may be used to estimate general location without accessing precise GPS location.
• Advertising and interaction information: ad requests, impressions, clicks, video views, and application interactions measured by the advertising SDK.
• Diagnostics: advertising SDK errors, crash information, performance measurements, and related technical data.
• Privacy preferences: consent status and signals used to apply advertising choices and legal restrictions.

These are potential categories rather than confirmation that every listed item is collected by every provider. Advertising information may be transmitted to provider servers separately from local camera processing.

Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, message contents, attachments, and technical message information provided by the email system. You may supply a device model, operating-system version, app version, or screenshot when reporting a problem.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive photographs in an initial request. Share another person's information only where appropriate and necessary.

Other information handling

The described feature configuration does not create app accounts, record microphone audio, access precise device location, or collect contacts or messages. It does not create biometric identity templates, identify people from faces, send photographs to a remote AI service, or use photographs to train AI models.

These feature limitations do not exclude advertising identifiers, ad measurement, or advertising SDK diagnostics described above.

3. How We Use Information

Local camera and image information supports the photography functions you request. Preferences remember your settings, while relevant device information supports compatible camera behavior and interface rendering.

Advertising-related information may be processed to:

• Request, deliver, and display advertisements.
• Measure advertising delivery, engagement, and performance.
• Diagnose errors and maintain advertising reliability.
• Detect fraud, invalid traffic, and abuse.
• Provide personalized advertising where enabled and legally permitted.
• Apply consent choices and other privacy restrictions.

Information sent directly to us is used to answer questions, investigate problems, handle privacy requests, protect our communications, and meet legal obligations. Sending a support inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize using its contents for advertising targeting.

Where a legal basis is required, processing must rely on the basis appropriate to the activity. This may include providing a requested service where processing is necessary for that service, legitimate interests in assisting users and protecting services subject to their rights, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Where consent is required for advertising identifiers, device storage or access, personalization, or tracking, the relevant processing must not begin before valid consent.

Device permission is not blanket consent for unrelated processing. You may withdraw consent for processing relying on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Installation or continued use does not replace affirmative consent where required.

4. Permissions and Device Controls

Camera: Access enables preview and photo capture. Declining access prevents camera-dependent features from operating.

Photos or media: Access opens selected images or saves photographs where required. Its scope depends on the permission or system picker you authorize.

Network access: Advertising services use network communication to request and display advertisements and process related information.

Advertising identifiers and tracking: Access depends on the platform, SDK configuration, and applicable privacy choices. Some Android permissions are granted automatically rather than through runtime prompts. On iOS, tracking requiring Apple's authorization must not occur without that authorization.

You can review or revoke available permissions in device application or privacy settings. Choices vary between Android and iOS versions. Revocation may disable a feature and does not delete images or information already saved, shared, or transmitted.

The described camera configuration does not require microphone or precise-location access. General location estimated from an advertising request's IP address is different from precise-location access.

5. Sharing, Third Parties, and Service Providers

Advertising providers

Advertising information may be transmitted to advertising providers and participating service partners or collected directly through their SDKs for the purposes described in this policy.

Their roles may include processors or independent controllers, depending on services and terms. Their notices explain their processing, retention, and privacy controls. Integrating a provider does not remove our responsibility for the Application's practices.

Sharing you initiate

If you export or share a photograph through your device or another application, the recipient receives the selected content and included metadata. Its handling follows the recipient's practices. We cannot recall a shared copy.

Backups and synchronization

Photo-library or device-backup services you enable may copy saved content or eligible app data to their storage. This differs from an automatic company-server upload. Storage and deletion depend on your settings and the service.

Communications providers

Email-delivery, storage, security, and related providers process information needed to maintain your communications with us. We limit our handling to the stated purposes. We do not sell support correspondence or provide its contents for targeted advertising.

Legal and protective disclosures

We may disclose information where necessary and legally permitted to comply with binding obligations or valid legal process, protect safety, investigate unlawful activity, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business changes

A merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer may involve relevant records. Transfers remain subject to privacy requirements and required notices or consent. They do not give us access to photographs stored only on your device.

6. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

Moon Shot Camera 8k contains advertisements. Advertising SDKs may process identifiers, technical data, interactions, and diagnostics described in Section 2.

Personalized and non-personalized advertising

Where enabled and legally permitted, personalized advertising may use identifiers and permitted information to select advertisements based on interests or activity.

Non-personalized or contextual advertising uses more limited criteria. It may still involve information processing for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related collection.

Consent and platform restrictions

Required consent must be obtained before the relevant advertising processing begins. Applicable platform restrictions and privacy choices must also be respected. Advertising consent and operating-system tracking authorization are separate requirements where applicable.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Depending on actual arrangements and applicable law, advertising disclosures involving identifiers or activity may qualify as sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising. Applicable rights and choices are described in Sections 8 and 9.

External services and this page

External websites, email services, app stores, and sharing services you visit may process information under their own notices. Integrated advertising technology remains part of the Application's disclosure responsibilities.

This HTML document contains no scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, or embedded advertisements. The hosting service may independently process connection information and access logs. Advertising inside the Application is separate from this page.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Photographs and local preferences: These remain until deleted or removed through relevant storage controls. Media saved outside private app storage may remain after uninstallation. Backup copies follow the relevant provider's procedures.

Temporary processing data: Camera and image buffers support active operations. Temporary files and previews may remain as needed for processing, interrupted-operation recovery, or local performance, and are subject to local cleanup. Under the described configuration, we do not maintain a server-side archive of these local files.

Advertising information: Providers retain information according to their policies, purposes, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Retention may vary by category and purpose, including measurement and fraud prevention.

Clearing app data, resetting an advertising identifier, or uninstalling the Application does not necessarily delete information already held by advertising providers.

Support correspondence: We retain messages and necessary attachments while addressing an inquiry and as reasonably necessary for follow-up, disputes, or legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Privacy-request records: We retain the minimum record needed to handle requests, demonstrate our response, and satisfy relevant legal duties. Where a lawful exception prevents deletion, we limit further use and explain the reason to the extent permitted.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

Device permissions and local information

You can stop using the Application and revoke camera or photo permissions. Delete photographs through the storage or photo-library app that holds them. Review trash folders, synchronized copies, and backups separately.

Use Android app-storage controls to clear local data, or relevant controls on other supported devices to remove app data or the Application. Uninstallation does not request deletion of correspondence held by us.

Advertising choices

Where available, use the Application's privacy or consent controls to manage advertising preferences, refuse optional processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us for help locating the relevant controls.

Depending on your platform and device, system settings may allow management of advertising identifiers and app tracking. Providers may also offer account-level privacy settings.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads. Contextual or non-personalized advertisements may continue with limited processing for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Processing requiring consent must not proceed when consent is withheld or withdrawn. Changing preferences does not necessarily delete previously collected information.

Information held by us

Email rajesh@monovatech.com with the subject Moon Shot Camera 8k — Data Deletion. Describe the information or correspondence involved. We may request limited verification where necessary and lawful.

We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain lawful retention exceptions. If we hold no relevant information, we will tell you.

We cannot remotely delete photographs held only on your device, another person's device, or an independent service. The described configuration has no app accounts to close; app-store accounts are managed by their providers.

Information held by advertising providers

Requests involving information independently controlled by an advertising provider may need to use that provider's privacy channels. Contact us for assistance identifying the provider. We will handle information under our control and cooperate where legally required.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Rights depend on your location, applicable law, and the processing involved, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Contact us to ask about information we hold.

European data-protection rights

Where the GDPR or corresponding UK law applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and safeguards concerning certain automated decisions. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

California privacy rights

Where the CCPA, as amended, applies, eligible residents may have rights to know and access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or qualifying sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

For an applicable advertising sale or sharing opt-out, use available privacy controls or contact us with the subject Moon Shot Camera 8k — Do Not Sell or Share.

Identity verification will not be required for an opt-out where prohibited. Applicable opt-out preference signals must be honored where legally required.

Submitting a request

Use the contact details below. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. Verification will be proportionate and required only where necessary and permitted. Authorized representatives may act where legally permitted.

If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and applicable appeal or complaint routes. Other jurisdictions may provide similar rights, including rights relating to targeted advertising.

We do not charge fees unless applicable law permits them and we explain them in advance.

10. Children's Privacy

The described camera functions do not require submission of children's personal information to us. However, the Application contains advertisements, and advertising technology may automatically process information described in this policy.

We do not use support correspondence to profile children or target them with advertising.

Where a user is known to be a child under applicable law, processing and advertising must comply with relevant age-related restrictions. Processing requiring parental authorization must not proceed without it.

If children are included in the intended audience, advertising providers and configurations must meet applicable children's privacy and app-store requirements.

Parents or guardians may contact us about unlawful processing of a child's information. We will review concerns and take required action, including deletion and cooperation with relevant providers where necessary.

Photographs stored only on your device are not in our possession. This policy does not establish an age rating or replace safeguards required for the actual audience.

11. International Processing

Under the described configuration, local camera processing does not automatically transfer photographs to us abroad. If you contact us, your message is sent to a company based in Nepal and may be processed in locations used by communications providers.

Advertising providers and their partners may process advertising information outside your country of residence. Their notices describe relevant processing and transfer practices. Laws may differ from those where you live.

Restricted international transfers must use legally permitted mechanisms and required safeguards. Sending an email does not waive those requirements.

Contact us for information about transfers under our responsibility. This policy does not claim that a particular transfer certification or agreement has been verified for every provider.

12. Security and Data Incidents

Local photographs rely on your device and storage protections. Use an appropriate screen lock, maintain system updates, and review other applications' access to saved media.

Access to information we receive is limited to authorized people and providers who need it for the stated purposes. Our policy is to use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved.

Advertising providers apply their own protections subject to relevant contractual and legal requirements. We remain responsible for selecting and configuring integrated services consistently with our obligations.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. This policy does not guarantee absolute security or claim an unverified certification.

If an incident affecting information under our control requires notification, we will notify relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application, advertising services, information handling, or applicable requirements. The published policy will identify its revision date.

Material changes involving additional collection, new providers, accounts, remote image processing, or other practices must be reflected in the relevant disclosures.

Where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it before the relevant processing begins. Continued use does not replace affirmative consent where required, and updates do not retrospectively authorize undisclosed processing.
