Voice Changer AI & Soundboard

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Voice Changer AI & Soundboard (the “Application”), operated by Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”).

It explains information handling associated with the Application's audio features, advertisements, integrated services, and communications you send us. It distinguishes processing on your device from information transmitted to us or another organisation.

Where applicable law uses the term “data controller,” we act as controller for processing whose purposes and means we determine. The role of an external provider depends on its actual activities and the arrangements governing those activities.

2. Voice Recordings and Audio Content

Recordings, imported files, and outputs

When you use an implemented recording or audio-import feature, the Application processes the audio and instructions needed to provide that feature. Relevant content can include original recordings, imported files, edited audio, generated output, and file information such as a name, duration, format, or creation time.

Audio can identify a speaker or reveal personal details through the words spoken and background sounds. Changing pitch, adding an effect, or generating a different-sounding voice does not guarantee anonymity.

A processed recording can still disclose names, addresses, conversations, or other private information. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive details and obtain appropriate permission before recording or uploading someone else's voice.

Soundboard content and settings

Where supported, soundboard functions may process selected clips, custom labels, favourites, playback settings, and user-created audio. Downloading a sound from a server is different from playing a sound already available on your device.

Complete the audio-data disclosure: [Identify the recording, import, editing, playback, soundboard, and export features actually implemented. State which content and metadata are processed, what remains on the device, what is transmitted, each recipient, and the purpose of each transfer. Include temporary recordings and diagnostic attachments.]

3. AI Processing, Voice Profiles, and Training

On-device and remote processing

The term “AI” in the Application's name does not establish whether processing occurs on your device or on a remote server. Those arrangements must be explained for each implemented feature.

Where remote processing is used, users need to know what is uploaded, who processes it, what is returned, and whether inputs or outputs remain after the requested operation is complete.

Transcripts and voice profiles

Applying an audio effect, converting speech to text, generating speech, creating a reusable voice profile, and identifying a speaker are different activities. This document does not assume that all or any particular combination of them is implemented.

Any transcript, reusable voice representation, or other derived record requires its own disclosure. Deleting an original recording does not necessarily delete a separately retained transcript or profile.

Complete the AI-provider disclosure: [Identify the actual AI functions and whether each runs locally or remotely. Name any external provider and add its official privacy link. Describe the audio, prompts, transcripts, generated content, speaker embeddings, or voice profiles it receives or creates, where relevant.]

[State whether inputs, outputs, or derived data are used for model training, evaluation, human review, service improvement, or another secondary purpose by you or the provider. Describe the actual permission, refusal, withdrawal, retention, and deletion arrangements. Do not claim “no training” or “immediate deletion” without verification.]

Permission to use the microphone is not blanket authorisation for uploading recordings, creating voice profiles, training models, or advertising use. Any required disclosures and choices must address those distinct purposes.

4. Permissions and Recording Controls

Microphone access

On Android, a feature that records microphone audio requires the relevant recording permission. Declining or withdrawing microphone access prevents microphone functions that depend on that permission. Playing an existing sound is different from recording.

Stopping recording, discarding a recording, and deleting a saved file are separate actions. Closing the main screen must not be treated as proof that every recording or processing task has stopped.

Imported files and other access

Opening a selected audio file is different from browsing an entire media library. A selected file may also come from a cloud-backed document provider, whose retrieval of that file is separate from any upload performed by the Application.

Complete the permission and control disclosure: [List actual permissions and special access, with a purpose for each. Identify microphone activation, visible recording status, stop and discard controls, background recording, audio-file selection, Bluetooth routing, notifications, and any video or screen-audio access where implemented. Do not imply real-call recording or live voice-chat integration from the app name alone.]

Review available permissions in Android settings. Revoking access does not automatically erase information already recorded, copied, or transmitted.

5. Advertising, Measurement, and Other SDKs

The Application contains advertisements. Advertising software development kits, or SDKs, can communicate directly with their providers. This processing remains part of the Application's data practices even when information does not pass through our own servers.

Advertising information and purposes

Depending on the deployed service, advertising processing can involve IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising or installation identifiers, device and app information, ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics.

These are examples to verify, not a confirmed collection inventory for this Application. Purposes can include delivering ads, measuring performance, preventing invalid traffic, and personalisation where implemented and permitted.

Complete the advertising-provider disclosure: [Identify the actual advertising network, all relevant mediation partners, and any analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting services. Include official privacy links, information received, purposes, and retention arrangements.]

[Verify whether recordings, transcripts, filenames, voice profiles, or audio-derived information are accessible to or supplied to these providers. Identify any logging of user content. Do not assume voice content is shared or excluded.]

[Describe the actual consent, refusal, withdrawal, and opt-out controls, including how users reopen them. Identify personalisation and audience settings, and any rewarded-ad processing.]

Advertising choices

Where applicable law requires consent before advertising-related access or processing, that activity must wait until valid consent is obtained. Agreeing to view an advertisement is not automatically consent to unrelated processing.

Non-personalised advertising does not necessarily mean that no information is processed. The final policy must explain the information still used by the actual service.

Selecting an ad may open another website, app, or store page. Information you independently provide there is handled by the recipient. Its privacy notice does not replace our responsibility for processing inside this app.

6. Other Information

Support communications

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email delivery information. You may voluntarily provide device or app-version details to explain an issue.

Use a short, non-sensitive sample when reporting an audio problem. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private conversations, or unnecessary identity documents.

Accounts, purchases, and online features

Complete additional-service disclosures: [Confirm whether accounts, subscriptions, purchases, public sound galleries, or cloud synchronisation exist. For implemented features, identify the provider, information processed, visibility settings, storage, and deletion procedures. Remove features that are not offered.]

7. Purposes and Legal Grounds

Audio information is processed to provide the functions you select. Any additional use, including model development, must be separately identified. Advertising and technical information must be limited to the verified purposes described for the relevant services.

Support correspondence is used to answer your communication, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Where necessary and lawful, it may also support legal claims.

Complete the purpose and legal-basis mapping: [Identify each actual purpose and, where required, its legal basis. Specify any legitimate interests relied on, the applicable conditions for sensitive or biometric processing where relevant, and which processing is optional. Explain the consequences of declining optional processing.]

You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Installing the app, granting a permission, or continuing to use a feature does not replace separate affirmative consent where required.

8. Sharing and Information Disclosures

Sharing you initiate

When you export or send audio to another application or person, the recipient receives the file and accompanying information. Review the spoken content, filename, and metadata before sharing.

Deleting your local copy does not recall copies already received, forwarded, or saved by others. Playing a clip through a speaker can also disclose its contents to people nearby.

Other recipients

Routine disclosures must be identified in the completed audio, AI, advertising, and additional-service sections. Each disclosure must explain the information, recipient or recipient category, and purpose.

Email delivery and storage services process information necessary to handle messages you send us.

Information under our control may also be disclosed where necessary and legally permitted to comply with binding legal requirements, protect people, investigate unlawful activity, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Relevant records may be involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any required notice or consent.

Whether advertising arrangements constitute a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, or targeted advertising depends on the actual practices and applicable law. This draft makes no unverified claim that information is never sold or shared.

9. Storage and Data Retention

Audio and derived information

Retention must distinguish original recordings, imported files, processed audio, transcripts, voice profiles, temporary processing files, exports, and any remote copies.

Removing an item from a soundboard is not necessarily the same as deleting its underlying audio file. Deleting an input does not necessarily remove separately retained outputs or derived information.

Complete the retention schedule: [State actual retention periods or meaningful criteria for each content category, AI-provider records, advertising data, diagnostics, consent records, and any account or purchase information.]

[Explain cleanup after completed, cancelled, or failed processing; backup deletion; provider responsibilities; and lawful exceptions. State the consequences of any training use. Do not promise that deleting a source file reverses model training unless that is verified.]

Support and privacy requests

The proposed retention rule for correspondence is to keep identifiable information while resolving the request and necessary follow-up. Further retention is limited to a specific continuing need, such as an unresolved dispute or applicable legal obligation.

Information no longer needed for those purposes is to be deleted or irreversibly anonymised. A limited record of a privacy request and its outcome may be retained where necessary to demonstrate appropriate handling.

Device backups

Depending on app configuration, Android version, and your settings, device backup or transfer services may preserve or restore local app data. Backup copies may have a separate lifecycle from the currently installed app.

10. Your Choices and Data Deletion

Recording and local files

Use the implemented recording controls to stop a recording, and review microphone permission through Android settings. Permission withdrawal is not a deletion request for recordings already created.

Use available library controls and your device's file manager to manage saved audio. Android's app-storage controls can clear app-specific information. Preserve files you need before clearing storage or uninstalling.

Clearing only the cache is not necessarily the same as deleting saved recordings. Manage exported files, backups, cloud copies, and files sent to other applications separately.

Advertising settings

Supported Android devices provide controls to reset or delete the advertising ID. These controls do not necessarily remove advertisements, delete existing provider records, or replace required in-app choices.

Submit a privacy request

Email rajesh@monovatech.com with the subject Voice Changer AI & Soundboard — Privacy Request .

Identify the request and relevant records where possible without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Do not send an entire audio library with an initial request. Verification, where necessary and lawful, will be proportionate.

We will handle information under our control and coordinate with processors where required. Where another organisation independently controls information, its applicable procedure must also be identified.

Uninstalling does not automatically submit a deletion request, remove remote recordings, close an account, or cancel a subscription. Where a lawful retention exception applies, we will explain the reason to the extent permitted by law.

Complete deletion and withdrawal instructions: [Provide the actual steps for deleting uploaded recordings, transcripts, generated outputs, and any reusable voice profiles. Describe consent withdrawal and backup timelines. If accounts exist, include the in-app and external account-deletion methods.]

11. Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on your location, applicable law, and the processing involved. Legal conditions and exceptions may apply.

European data-protection rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and safeguards concerning certain automated decisions. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and complain to the competent supervisory authority.

California privacy rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, eligible residents may have rights to know and access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or qualifying sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

The published policy must identify applicable sale or sharing practices and actual opt-out methods, including recognition of legally applicable opt-out signals.

Handling requests

Contact us using Section 15. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. Authorised agents may act where permitted. Verification will not be imposed where prohibited.

Where required, a refusal will include its reason and the available review or appeal procedure.

12. Children's Privacy

Voice recordings can contain children's personal information. A playful sound effect or changed pitch does not remove the need to consider children's privacy.

Where children's privacy requirements apply, the required protections must be implemented before the relevant collection or processing. A store content rating does not establish an appropriate advertising or parental-consent configuration.

A parent or guardian who believes a child's information has been handled unlawfully may contact us. We will review the concern and take the action required by applicable law.

Complete the audience disclosure: [Identify the actual intended audience and any justified age restriction. Confirm required age screening, parental authorisation, recording safeguards, and child-related advertising settings. Do not copy an age threshold from another app.]

13. International Processing

Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based in Nepal. Information you send us may be handled there and by providers involved in delivering or storing your communications.

AI, advertising, hosting, and other remote services may involve additional processing countries where those services are used.

Complete transfer disclosures: [Identify relevant processing locations. Where international-transfer restrictions apply, describe the safeguards actually used and how users can obtain information about them. Do not claim an unverified contractual mechanism, adequacy decision, or certification.]

14. Security and Changes to This Policy

Security and personal-data incidents

Voice recordings and related information require safeguards appropriate to their sensitivity. Relevant protections include storage, transmission, access, diagnostics, backups, and provider handling.

Complete the security disclosure: [Describe verified safeguards for recordings, uploads, provider access, and SDK traffic. Confirm whether logs or crash reports contain user audio or transcripts. Do not claim encryption, audits, or certifications that have not been established.]

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident involving information under our control requires notification, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

This privacy-policy page

This HTML document contains no scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, or embedded advertisements. Its hosting server may separately process connection information and access logs. The document alone does not establish the hosting service's logging practices.

Policy updates

We may revise this policy when the Application, its providers, our procedures, or applicable requirements change. The published version will show its last-updated date.

Where additional notice or consent is required for a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain consent before the relevant processing. Updating this document does not replace a required in-app disclosure, permission, consent mechanism, or deletion control.
