Emotion Detector
This Privacy Policy explains how Monova Tech ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Emotion Detector mobile application (the "Application").
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Application and how it is handled.
Emotion Detector is designed to analyze emotional expressions and provide an estimated emotion result using features supported by the Application.
Depending on the features you use, the Application may process information such as:
If you use the camera feature, the Application may request permission to access your device's camera. Camera access is used only to provide the feature you requested.
If you select an existing image from your device, the Application may request access to that image so that it can perform the requested emotion detection.
The Application does not intentionally access photos, videos, or camera content unrelated to the feature you choose to use.
Images or camera frames may be processed to identify visual patterns associated with facial expressions and generate an estimated emotion result.
Where technically possible, image processing may take place directly on your device. If a feature requires processing by a third-party service, the relevant image or information may be transmitted to that service solely to provide the requested functionality.
Images used for emotion detection may be temporarily stored in application memory or temporary storage while the requested analysis is performed.
Unless a feature specifically allows you to save an image or result, the Application is not intended to permanently store your camera images or selected photos on our servers.
Emotion results or application preferences may be stored locally on your device when necessary to provide the Application's features.
The Application or its third-party services may automatically collect limited technical information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Application.
This information may include:
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, identifiers, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, security, and service improvement.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be obtained before using non-essential tracking technologies.
The Application may use third-party services to understand Application performance, identify crashes, diagnose technical problems, and improve the user experience.
These third-party services may process technical and usage information according to their own privacy policies.
If the Application displays advertisements, advertising providers may process certain information to provide, measure, and improve advertising services.
Advertising-related information may include advertising identifiers, device information, Application interaction information, approximate location, and other information permitted by applicable law.
Information may be used for purposes including:
We do not sell your personal information, photos, or facial images.
