1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to 3d Anime Keyboard (the “Application”), operated by Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”).
It addresses information handled through keyboard functionality, personalisation features, advertisements, integrated services, and communications you send us. It distinguishes access and processing on your device from information transmitted to us or another organisation.
Where applicable law uses the term “data controller,” we act as controller for processing whose purposes and means we determine. The role of an external provider depends on its actual activities and the arrangements governing those activities.
2. Keyboard Input and Sensitive Text
Input-method functionality
An enabled Android keyboard processes input to enter or edit text in the application you are using. Android's input connection can also make surrounding text and editing context available to the keyboard, subject to the receiving app and platform behaviour.
This can involve information beyond individual key presses, such as a selected word or text around the cursor. An input connection is not the same as unrestricted access to all historical conversations.
Text entered into another application is received by that application. Its subsequent handling is governed by that application's practices. This is distinct from a keyboard separately storing text or transmitting it to a remote service.
Passwords and other sensitive information
Typed content can include passwords, payment details, authentication codes, private messages, health information, and other sensitive material. Masking characters in a text field is not proof that no keyboard processing occurs.
Android provides password-field indicators and signals requesting that a keyboard avoid personalised learning. Those mechanisms require appropriate handling by the keyboard; they are not an independent verification of this Application's behaviour.
Complete the typed-data disclosure: [State exactly which keystrokes, composed text, surrounding text, field information, and host-app identifiers are accessed. For each category, disclose its purpose, whether it is retained or transmitted, recipients, and retention arrangements.]
[Verify password and private-field handling, no-personalised-learning signals, and exclusion of sensitive input from logs, crash reports, backups, and SDK events. Identify any remote prediction, translation, or AI processing. Do not hide text collection within a vague category such as “usage data.”]
3. Suggestions, Personal Dictionaries, and Clipboard
Typing suggestions and learned words
Where prediction, autocorrection, or personalised suggestions are implemented, those functions may use language choices, words you add, or information learned from input. The actual information used and whether processing is local or remote must be specified for this Application.
Disabling future learning is different from deleting information already learned. A personal dictionary can contain names or other private information, even when it is not labelled as a message history.
Clipboard functionality
Pasting text into the active field is different from maintaining a separate clipboard history. Clipboard content can include private messages, addresses, passwords, or verification codes.
Any clipboard feature must explain when content is read, whether it is retained, how pinned items are handled, and how users remove saved copies. Clearing the system clipboard does not necessarily erase a separate history created by an application.
Complete the learning and clipboard disclosure: [Confirm whether these features exist. Identify the information used, activation behaviour, storage, synchronisation, expiry, and implemented controls for disabling learning and deleting learned words or clipboard history. Remove inapplicable features.]
4. Themes, Personalisation, and Device Access
Appearance and preferences
Personalisation functions process the selections needed to display the chosen appearance. Depending on implemented options, these can include a theme, layout, language, or feedback preference.
Downloading a theme from a remote provider can involve a network request and associated connection information. Locally applying a downloaded theme is a separate activity.
Optional images, voice, and other content
Where custom backgrounds or voice input are supported, their data practices must be disclosed separately. Selecting an image is different from reading an entire photo library. Playing key sounds is different from recording microphone audio.
A voice-input, translation, sticker-search, or similar feature may involve another provider where implemented. It must not be presented as local-only without checking the integration.
Complete the feature and permission inventory: [Identify whether the Application supplies an input method, themes, or both. List actual permissions, media and microphone access, downloaded content, voice providers, and any contact or other sensitive access, with a purpose for each. Describe the information sent by each remote feature.]
Enabling a keyboard in Android settings and granting access to a separate device feature are different actions. Neither constitutes blanket permission to use input for unrelated purposes.
5. Advertising, Measurement, and Other SDKs
The Application contains advertisements. Advertising software development kits, or SDKs, can communicate directly with their providers. This processing is part of the Application's data practices even when information does not pass through our own servers.
Advertising information and purposes
Depending on the actual integration, advertising processing can involve IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising or installation identifiers, device and app information, ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics.
These are examples to verify, not a confirmed inventory for this Application. Relevant purposes can include delivering ads, measuring performance, preventing invalid traffic, and personalising advertising where implemented and legally permitted.
Keyboard content is distinct from ad events
Typing in another app is different from viewing a theme screen or interacting with an advertisement. Raw input, clipboard contents, and private messages must not be obscured within generic descriptions of advertising or diagnostic information.
Complete the provider disclosure: [Identify the actual advertising network, every relevant mediation partner, and any analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting provider. Include official privacy-policy links, data categories, purposes, and retention arrangements.]
[Verify whether SDKs initialise in the settings app, keyboard service, or both; where ads appear; and whether they receive typed text, clipboard data, learned words, host-app identifiers, or input-derived information. Identify and correct any impermissible processing before release.]
[Describe the actual consent, refusal, withdrawal, and opt-out controls, including how users reopen them. Confirm personalised-ad and audience settings. Do not invent an advertising provider or claim sensitive input is excluded without verification.]
Consent and external destinations
Where applicable law requires consent before advertising-related device access or processing, that activity must wait until valid consent has been obtained. Non-personalised ads do not necessarily mean that no information is processed.
Selecting an advertisement may open another website, app, or store page. Information you independently provide there is handled by that recipient. This does not remove our responsibility for SDK activity inside the Application.
6. Other Information
Support communications
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email delivery information. You may voluntarily include your device model, Android version, or app version to describe an issue.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or private conversations when reporting a keyboard problem. Use fictional sample text where possible and remove unrelated personal information from screenshots.
Accounts and purchases
Complete additional-service disclosures: [Confirm whether accounts, premium themes, purchases, subscriptions, or cloud synchronisation exist. For each implemented service, identify the provider, information processed, storage, and deletion procedures. Advertising does not establish that these services are absent.]
7. Purposes, Legal Grounds, and Disclosures
Input and personalisation information is processed to provide the functions you select. Any additional use must be separately identified. Advertising and technical information must be limited to the verified purposes described for those services.
Support correspondence is used to answer your communication, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where necessary and lawful, it may also support legal claims.
Complete the purpose and legal-basis mapping: [Identify each actual processing purpose and, where required, its legal basis. State any legitimate interests relied on, what is necessary, what is optional, and the consequences of declining optional processing. Identify each routine recipient.]
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Installing the Application, selecting it as a keyboard, or continuing to type does not replace separate affirmative consent where required.
Email delivery and storage services process information necessary to handle messages you send us. Other routine recipients must be identified in the completed provider disclosures.
Information under our control may also be disclosed where necessary and legally permitted to comply with binding legal requirements, protect people, investigate unlawful activity, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Relevant records may be involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements. This does not create permission to collect additional keyboard content.
Whether advertising arrangements constitute sale, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, or targeted advertising depends on the actual practices and applicable law. Disclosure or consent does not make otherwise prohibited processing permissible.
8. Storage and Data Retention
Keyboard and app records
Retention must distinguish text temporarily processed during input from retained histories, learned words, clipboard items, preferences, cached themes, and remotely held records. Closing the keyboard does not establish that every stored record has been deleted.
Complete the retention schedule: [For each actual category, state its retention period or meaningful retention criteria. Include input buffers, dictionaries, clipboard histories, voice recordings where used, settings, advertising data, diagnostics, consent records, and account information.]
[Describe automatic cleanup, remote deletion, backups, provider responsibilities, and specific lawful exceptions. Verify that sensitive information is not retained unintentionally in logs or crash reports.]
Support and privacy requests
The proposed retention rule for correspondence is to keep identifiable information while resolving a request and necessary follow-up. Further retention is limited to a specific continuing need, such as an unresolved dispute or applicable legal obligation.
Information no longer needed for those purposes is to be deleted or irreversibly anonymised. A limited record of a privacy request and its outcome may be retained where necessary to demonstrate appropriate handling.
Device backups
Depending on app configuration, Android version, and device settings, backup or transfer services may preserve or restore local app data. Those copies can have a separate lifecycle. The backup treatment of learned words and any clipboard history must be checked specifically.
9. Your Choices and Data Deletion
Switch or disable the keyboard
Where the Application provides an input method, you can select another keyboard using the controls Android makes available. Keyboard settings and menu names vary by device.
Switching keyboards is not the same as deleting stored app information, uninstalling the Application, or withdrawing advertising consent. Merely closing its settings screen is not the same as disabling an active keyboard.
Local information and learned content
Use implemented controls to manage learned words, clipboard history, or saved settings. Android's app-storage controls can clear app-specific data. Preserve anything you need before clearing storage or uninstalling.
Deleting keyboard data does not delete messages, searches, or documents already entered into another application. Manage those records through the receiving app and any related service.
Advertising settings
Supported Android devices provide controls to reset or delete the advertising ID. These controls do not necessarily remove advertisements, erase existing provider records, or replace in-app privacy controls.
Submit a privacy request
Email rajesh@monovatech.com with the subject 3d Anime Keyboard — Privacy Request.
Explain the request without sending passwords, complete typing histories, or unnecessary identity documents. Verification, where necessary and legally appropriate, will be proportionate.
We will handle information under our control and coordinate with processors where required. Where another organisation independently controls information, its applicable procedure must also be identified.
Uninstalling does not automatically submit a deletion request, delete remotely held information, close an account, or cancel a subscription.
Complete the deletion instructions: [Provide the actual controls for disabling learning, clearing retained input-related data, deleting remote records, and reopening advertising choices. If accounts exist, include in-app and external account-deletion methods and relevant backup timelines.]
10. Your Privacy Rights
Your rights depend on your location, applicable law, and the processing involved. Legal conditions and exceptions may apply.
European data-protection rights
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and safeguards concerning certain automated decisions. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and complain to the competent supervisory authority.
California privacy rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, eligible residents may have rights to know and access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or qualifying sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
The final policy must describe actual sale or sharing practices and the applicable opt-out controls, including legally required handling of opt-out signals.
Handling requests
Contact us using Section 15. We will respond within applicable legal time limits. Authorised agents may act where permitted. Verification will not be imposed where prohibited.
Where required, a refusal will include its reason and the available review or appeal procedure.
11. Children's Privacy
An anime theme does not establish the Application's intended age group. Typed information, images, recordings, and advertising identifiers can involve children's personal information.
Where children's privacy requirements apply, the required protections must be implemented before the relevant processing begins. A content rating does not replace appropriate audience and advertising settings.
A parent or guardian who believes a child's information has been handled unlawfully may contact us. We will review the concern and take the action required by applicable law.
Complete the audience disclosure: [Identify the intended audience, any justified age restriction, and legally required age screening or parental authorisation. Verify child-related advertising and input-data settings rather than copying another app's age threshold.]
12. International Processing
Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based in Nepal. Information you send us may be handled there and by providers involved in delivering or storing your communications.
Advertising, voice, prediction, synchronisation, or other remote services may involve additional countries where those services are actually implemented.
Complete transfer disclosures: [Identify relevant processing locations. Where international-transfer restrictions apply, describe the safeguards actually used and how users can obtain information about them. Do not claim an unverified contractual mechanism, adequacy decision, or certification.]
13. Security and Personal-Data Incidents
Keyboard information requires safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Storage, network transmission, diagnostics, backups, and access by integrated providers must all be considered.
Android's input-method guidance instructs keyboard developers to handle password fields carefully and not store passwords on the device. This document does not certify that the released keyboard has implemented that guidance.
Complete the security disclosure: [Describe verified safeguards, including sensitive-input handling, log redaction, protected transmission, storage access, SDK separation or other controls actually implemented, and testing of password fields and private-input signals. Do not claim audits, encryption, or certifications that have not been established.]
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident involving information under our control requires notification, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.
This privacy-policy page
This HTML document contains no scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, or embedded advertisements. Its hosting server may separately process connection information and access logs. The document alone does not establish the hosting service's logging practices.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this policy when the Application, its providers, our procedures, or applicable requirements change. The published version will show its last-updated date.
Where additional notice or consent is required for a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain consent before the relevant processing begins.
Updating a privacy policy does not replace a required in-app disclosure, permission request, consent mechanism, or deletion control.
