3D live charging animation

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to 3D live charging animation (the “Application”), operated by Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”).

It explains information handling for the configuration identified above and for messages you send us. The intended function is to display visual animations associated with your device's charging state.

Information processed on your device is distinguished from information transmitted to us. Where applicable law uses the term “data controller,” we act as controller for personal information we receive and determine how to use, including support and privacy correspondence.

2. Information We Handle

Battery level and charging state

In the configuration described here, the Application reads information Android makes available about battery percentage and whether the device is charging, fully charged, connected to power, or disconnected. Relevant connection-type information may be used where needed by the displayed charging feature.

These signals are used on the device to start, update, or stop the appropriate visual display. They are not transmitted to us or retained as a remote charging history under this configuration.

Animation settings and interaction information

The Application processes your animation selection and interactions with its controls. Saved preferences can include an animation choice, an enabled or disabled setting, and other display options actually offered by the installed version.

Display dimensions and orientation may be used locally to render an animation correctly. Processing these values does not, under this policy, include recording the contents of the screen.

Support and privacy communications

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email delivery information. You may voluntarily include your device model, Android version, app version, or details about a charging-animation issue.

Remove private notifications, account names, or other unrelated information from screenshots before sending them. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.

3. Charging Events and Background Operation

Android provides battery and power-connection information that apps can use to respond to charging changes. Where automatic charging animations are implemented and enabled, the Application uses relevant events to respond when power is connected or disconnected.

This may involve local operation while the main app screen is not open. Background availability depends on the implementation, Android version, and device restrictions.

In the configuration covered here, background processing is limited to the selected charging display and its controls. It does not create a remote record of charging sessions or monitor which other apps you use.

Leaving the main app screen may not disable an enabled automatic feature. Use available feature controls or Android's app-info controls to stop the Application when needed.

4. Permissions and Display Access

Display over other apps

Where an overlay-based display is implemented, the Application may request Android's “Display over other apps” special access. This is used to show the chosen animation above another app when the relevant feature is enabled.

Android requires the applicable user authorisation for this access on supported versions. You can revoke it in the device's special app-access settings; the overlay feature then cannot operate.

Under this policy's configuration, the overlay displays graphics and handles its own controls. It is not used to capture the screen, read other apps' content, collect passwords, or bypass the device's security controls.

Notifications

Where the Application uses notifications for service status or controls, it displays its own notifications. This is not notification-listener access and does not provide a reason to read messages or notifications belonging to other apps.

Capabilities outside the covered configuration

This configuration does not use camera or microphone recording, contacts, messages, call history, precise location, broad photo-library access, or an accessibility service.

A version that imports personal media, downloads content through additional providers, or uses other sensitive capabilities would require disclosures reflecting those actual practices.

Permission controls and background restrictions vary by device. Granting permission for a display feature is not consent to unrelated processing.

5. How Information Is Used

Local charging signals and preferences are used to display the chosen animation, respond to power changes, and remember supported options. They are not used by us to create an advertising profile under the covered configuration.

Information you send us is used to answer your communication, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests, comply with applicable legal obligations, and, where necessary and lawful, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, ordinary support correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in assisting users, subject to their rights and interests. Processing required by law relies on that obligation. Consent is used where the particular activity requires it.

Consent may be withdrawn for processing that relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Installing the Application or continuing to use it does not replace affirmative consent where required.

6. Third-Party Services and Information Disclosures

Advertising and analytics

The configuration covered by this document contains no advertising, analytics, or automatic crash-reporting SDKs. It does not use advertising identifiers, require an app account, or send charging statistics to a remote analytics service.

This is an explicit drafting assumption, not a finding that those services are absent from the actual app.

Support providers and legal disclosures

Providers handling email delivery, message storage, and support administration may process information needed to respond to messages you send us. Support correspondence is not used to enrol you in marketing campaigns.

Information we hold may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with binding legal obligations, protect people, investigate unlawful activity, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Relevant records may be involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements and any required notice or consent.

Under this policy, support information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Independent platform services and this website

Android, the app store, and your device manufacturer may independently process information for installations, updates, platform diagnostics, or backups. Their independent activities are distinct from an SDK integrated into the Application.

This HTML document contains no scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, or embedded advertising. The hosting server may separately process connection information and access logs. That processing is not determined by the contents of this HTML file alone.

7. Storage and Retention

Charging signals and app settings

In the covered configuration, charging information is used as current device state, rather than being retained as a server-side session history. Saved animation preferences remain until replaced, reset, or removed.

Cached resources may remain until app cleanup, operating-system storage management, or your storage controls remove them.

Backups

Depending on app configuration and device settings, Android backup or transfer services may preserve or restore local data. Those copies can have a separate lifecycle from data in the installed app.

Support and privacy records

Our proposed retention rule is to keep correspondence while resolving the request and necessary follow-up, then delete or irreversibly anonymise it unless an unresolved dispute or legal obligation justifies further retention.

A limited record of a privacy request and its outcome may be retained where necessary to demonstrate appropriate handling. That does not justify keeping unrelated information indefinitely.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

Control the animation and local data

Use available animation controls to change or disable the feature. Review permissions and special access in Android settings. Force-stop the Application through its app-info screen when necessary.

To remove local preferences and app-specific information, clear app storage or uninstall the Application. Manage any backup copies separately. Disabling an animation does not necessarily erase its saved settings.

Delete information held by us

Email rajesh@monovatech.com with the subject 3D live charging animation — Data Deletion Request . Identify the communication or personal information concerned.

Where possible, use the email address associated with the original communication. We may request proportionate verification where necessary and legally appropriate.

We cannot remotely retrieve or erase local settings we do not receive. Uninstalling the Application does not delete correspondence previously sent to us or automatically submit a deletion request.

If a lawful retention exception applies, we will explain the relevant reason to the extent permitted by law. The covered configuration has no app accounts; privacy requests remain available for information separately held by us.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on your location, the applicable law, and the processing involved.

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and safeguards concerning certain automated decisions. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Where the CCPA, as amended, applies, eligible California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or qualifying sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

Contact us using Section 14. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits. Verification will not be imposed where prohibited. Authorised agents may act where permitted. Any refusal will include the explanation and review or appeal mechanism required by law.

10. Children's Privacy

The covered local-animation configuration does not require users to submit personal information to us to display an animation. We do not use support messages to profile children or target them with advertising.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information that should not be retained may contact us. We will review the concern and take the action required by applicable law, including deletion or obtaining legally required authorisation where relevant.

This section does not establish an age rating or replace obligations arising from the app's actual intended audience.

11. International Processing

Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based in Nepal. Communications you send us may be handled in Nepal and by providers involved in delivering or storing your messages.

This is separate from local charging-state processing. Any restricted international transfer must satisfy applicable legal requirements. This document does not claim that a particular transfer mechanism or certification has been verified.

Contact us for information about recipients, locations, and safeguards relevant to personal information you have supplied.

12. Security

Our policy is to limit access to support and privacy correspondence to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here, and to use safeguards proportionate to the information and risks involved.

Local settings are also affected by your device's security and backup arrangements. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

If an incident involving personal information under our control requires notification, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application, our practices, or applicable requirements. The published version will show its last-updated date.

Where additional notice or consent is required, it must be provided or obtained before the relevant processing begins. Updating this document does not replace a required in-app disclosure, permission request, or affirmative consent.
