Scope and advertising

10x Speaker sound booster contains advertisements. This policy describes on-device audio functionality, local preferences, information processed in connection with advertising, and communications with Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd.

The audio-functionality descriptions retain the supplied configuration assumptions: no user accounts, microphone recording, or cloud audio processing. These implementation details have not been independently verified. Advertising data practices depend on the providers, SDKs, settings, and consent choices used in the released Application.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to 10x Speaker sound booster (the “Application”), an Android application operated by Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”). It explains how information is handled when you use the Application, view or interact with advertisements, or contact us.

The Application lets you adjust supported audio output on your Android device. It includes advertisements that support the provision and maintenance of the Application.

This policy distinguishes information stored locally on your device, information processed through advertising services, and information you provide directly to us. Our contact details appear in Section 14.

2. Information and Audio Processing

On-device audio operation

Under the audio configuration described in this policy, audio adjustment takes place on your device. The Application does not create microphone recordings, record conversations, upload playback audio, or send audio files to Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd. for processing.

Information needed to apply an audio setting is used for the requested audio operation. Audio content is not provided to advertising services under this configuration.

Local preferences

The Application stores preferences such as your selected boost level and interface settings locally so that it can remember your choices. These preferences are not automatically sent to us. Device backup or migration services may handle app data separately according to your device settings and the service provider's practices.

Advertising information

The Application includes third-party advertising technology. Depending on the advertising provider, SDK configuration, device settings, and applicable consent, advertising services may automatically collect or receive:

  • Device and identifier information: advertising identifiers or other app or device identifiers, device model, operating-system version, language, and relevant technical settings.
  • Network information: IP address and connection information. An IP address may be used to estimate your general location; this differs from accessing precise GPS location.
  • Advertising and interaction information: ad requests, impressions, clicks, video views, and interactions with advertisements or the Application that the advertising SDK measures.
  • Diagnostic information: advertising SDK errors, crash information, performance measurements, and related technical data.
  • Privacy preferences: consent status and signals used to apply advertising choices and legal restrictions.

These categories describe potential advertising processing rather than confirmation that every listed item is collected by every provider. Advertising information may be transmitted to provider servers even though the Application's audio processing takes place locally.

Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the message, and any information or attachments you include. You may choose to provide your name, device model, Android version, app version, screenshots, or a description of a problem. We use this information to respond to you and handle your request.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, recordings of other people, or unnecessary sensitive information with a support request.

Accounts and measurement

The configuration described here has no developer account system. However, the absence of an account does not mean that advertising services collect no information. Advertising SDKs may perform measurement and diagnostics as part of their operation.

3. Android Permissions and Device Controls

The Application uses access needed for supported on-device audio controls. The audio configuration described here does not use microphone recording, camera, contacts, call-history, or precise-location access.

Advertising services require network communication to request and display advertisements. Depending on the integrated SDK and Android version, the Application may also declare permissions relating to network status or the Android advertising identifier.

Some Android permissions are granted automatically and do not appear as runtime permission prompts. An advertising service may estimate general location from an IP address without requesting precise-location permission.

You can review permissions and available controls in Android settings. Menu names and options vary by Android version and device manufacturer. Denying access may prevent a dependent feature from working.

Device permissions do not replace separate consent where applicable law requires consent for advertising or other personal-information processing.

Official guidance: Manage app permissions on Android.

4. Purposes and Legal Grounds

We use local settings to provide the audio controls you choose. We use support correspondence to answer questions, investigate reported problems, handle privacy requests, protect the support channel against abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Advertising services may process information to:

  • Request, deliver, and display advertisements.
  • Measure advertising delivery, engagement, and performance.
  • Maintain advertising reliability and diagnose technical problems.
  • Detect invalid traffic, fraud, and abuse.
  • Provide personalized advertising where enabled and legally permitted.
  • Apply consent choices and other privacy restrictions.

We will not use a support message as permission to send unrelated marketing or provide its contents to advertising services for ad targeting.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on an appropriate basis for the processing involved. This may include consent for advertising identifiers, personalization, or device storage and access where required; legitimate interests for permitted support, security, and service operations, subject to the required balancing of your rights; or legal obligations for required records and privacy-request handling.

Where consent is required, the relevant processing must not begin before that consent is obtained. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls or contact us for assistance. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Downloading or continuing to use the Application does not substitute for affirmative consent where the law requires it.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Advertisements

The Application displays third-party advertisements. Advertising services may receive information directly through SDKs integrated into the Application. Their processing can include ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and permitted personalization.

Personalized advertisements may use identifiers and other permitted information to select ads based on interests or activity. Non-personalized or contextual advertisements use more limited criteria, but they may still involve information processing for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Advertising providers may act as processors, independent controllers, or in another role depending on the service and applicable terms. Their privacy notices explain their processing, retention, and available controls. Integrating a third-party service does not remove our responsibility for the Application's data practices.

Email services

When you email us, email-delivery and mailbox services process your address, message, and attachments to transmit and store that correspondence. Authorized people helping us respond may access information necessary to handle your request.

Platform services and external links

Google Play, Android, your device manufacturer, a backup provider, and other applications you use can process information independently according to their own notices and settings.

You can read Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's own services. This link alone does not identify the Application's advertising provider.

When you select an advertisement or follow an external link, the destination service may receive information about your visit and process information under its own privacy notice.

6. When Information Is Shared

Advertising-related information may be transmitted to advertising providers and their participating service partners for the purposes described in this policy. Some information is collected directly by those providers through integrated advertising technology.

Under the audio configuration described here, we do not provide microphone recordings, conversations, playback audio, or audio files to advertising services.

We do not sell support correspondence or provide it for targeted advertising. Advertising disclosures involving identifiers or activity may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws, depending on the actual arrangements and processing. Applicable opt-out rights are described in Section 9.

Information you provide directly may be disclosed to people and service providers needed to handle your request, to legal or professional advisers when necessary, or in response to a binding legal obligation or valid legal process. We limit disclosures to information relevant to the purpose.

We may also disclose information where necessary and legally permitted to investigate unlawful activity, protect a person's safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets involves personal information, its handling remains subject to applicable privacy requirements, including any required notice or consent.

7. Data Retention

Local settings: Preferences remain in the Application's local storage until replaced, cleared, or removed through relevant device controls. Backup or migration copies follow the relevant service's settings and retention practices.

Advertising information: Advertising providers retain information according to their respective policies, the purposes of processing, contractual requirements, and applicable law. Retention may vary by information category and purpose. Clearing app data or uninstalling the Application does not necessarily delete information already received by an advertising provider.

Support correspondence: Our retention policy is to keep identifiable correspondence only while needed to resolve the issue and complete relevant follow-up. Once that purpose ends, we delete it or remove identifying details unless a documented legal obligation or specific legal claim requires further retention.

Privacy-request records: We retain only information necessary to document our response and demonstrate compliance for the period justified by the applicable obligation or claim.

Where a lawful exception prevents immediate deletion of information under our control, we will explain the reason to the extent legally permitted, limit further use, and delete the information when the retention justification ends.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

Information stored on your device

You can remove local app data using the Application's entry in Android settings and available storage or uninstall controls. Clearing app data can reset saved preferences and locally stored privacy choices.

Uninstalling the Application does not delete emails you previously sent us or necessarily remove backup copies or information already held by advertising providers.

Advertising choices

Where available, use the Application's consent or privacy controls to manage advertising preferences, refuse optional processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us if you need help locating the relevant controls.

Depending on your Android version and device, system settings may allow you to reset or delete your advertising identifier and manage advertising privacy features. These actions do not necessarily delete previously collected information.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements. Non-personalized advertisements may still require limited information processing. Optional processing requiring consent must remain disabled when that consent is withheld or withdrawn.

Information held by us

To request deletion, email rajesh@monovatech.com with the subject 10x Speaker sound booster — Data Deletion. Identify the email address used to contact us and the information you want deleted. You do not need to reinstall the Application.

We may ask for limited information needed to verify that a request concerns your information. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how they will be handled.

We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful reason for retaining information. If we hold no relevant information, we will tell you. The configuration described here has no app account to close.

Information held by advertising providers

Requests involving information controlled independently by an advertising provider may need to be submitted through that provider's privacy channels. Contact us for assistance identifying the relevant provider. We will handle requests concerning information under our control and cooperate where required by law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on your location, applicable law, and the processing involved. You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, consent, advertising choices, or another privacy concern using Section 14.

European data-protection rights

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or corresponding UK law applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable information in relevant circumstances, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Official information: European Commission — information for individuals.

California privacy rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, eligible residents may have rights to know and access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or qualifying sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise their rights without unlawful discrimination.

If advertising practices constitute sale or sharing under applicable law, you may exercise the relevant opt-out through available privacy controls or contact us with the subject 10x Speaker sound booster — Do Not Sell or Share.

You may submit a request through an authorized agent where permitted. We will not require identity verification for an opt-out where applicable law prohibits it and will honor applicable opt-out preference signals where legally required.

Official information: California Attorney General — CCPA.

Other jurisdictions

Other applicable laws may provide similar rights, including rights relating to targeted advertising. Where an applicable law gives you an appeal or complaint right, we will explain the available procedure when responding to a request that we cannot fulfill.

10. Children's Privacy

The configuration described here has no account registration and does not ask children to submit personal information through the Application. However, advertisements may involve automatic information processing as described above.

Where a user is known to be a child under applicable law, advertising and data processing must comply with the relevant age-related restrictions. Personalized advertising and collection requiring parental authorization must not proceed without a valid legal basis and any required parental authorization.

If the Application is directed to children or includes children in its intended audience, its advertising services and settings must meet the applicable children's privacy and app-store requirements.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child's personal information has been processed unlawfully in connection with the Application, contact us using Section 14. We will review the concern, take action required by law, and work with relevant providers where necessary.

This policy does not establish an app-store age rating or replace the Application's audience settings and age-related safeguards.

11. International Processing

Monova Tech Pvt. Ltd.'s business address provided for this policy is in Nepal. If you contact us from another country, your correspondence may be accessed in Nepal and processed by email services in other countries.

Advertising information may be processed in countries where advertising providers and their service partners operate. Their privacy notices describe relevant processing and transfer practices. Laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.

International transfers subject to legal restrictions must use a mechanism permitted by applicable law and the required safeguards. Contact us for information about transfers involving information under our responsibility.

Under the audio configuration described here, the Application does not upload audio or local audio preferences to our servers. Advertising-related network communication is separate from on-device audio operation.

12. Security and Data Incidents

Our information-handling policy is to limit access to correspondence to authorized people who need it for support, privacy administration, or a lawful purpose; protect accounts used to access that information; and avoid retaining unnecessary copies or sensitive attachments.

Information handled by advertising providers is subject to those providers' security measures and applicable contractual and legal requirements. We are responsible for selecting and configuring integrated services consistently with the Application's obligations.

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your device and email account, and avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

If a personal-data incident affecting information under our control requires notification, we will notify relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application, advertising services, our practices, or applicable requirements. This page will show the last-updated date.

Changes involving additional data collection, new advertising providers, accounts, microphone recording, remote audio processing, or other material information handling must be reflected in the disclosures for the relevant release.

Where applicable law requires notice or consent before a change takes effect, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent. Continued use does not replace consent where affirmative consent is required.
